 Key Features:

 Auto Attendant – An automated system designed to guide a caller through the options of a voice menu. Typically set to answer and route incoming calls.

 Advanced Flexible Auto-Attendant – Take it to the next level with multiple menus and sub menus to guide callers through to the correct departments or personnel.

 Advanced Flexible Schedule – Go beyond a simple Time Of Day redirect to accurate control down to the minute.

 Call Detail Records (CDR) – Company and user specific CDR’s are available in real-time online for you to gain a better picture of the call patterns of your sales or support lines. Advanced monthly reporting is available as needed.

 Caller ID – Where available WireSpeed delivers inbound and outbound Caller ID on every call.

 Caller ID Block – Block your caller ID on your calls and show up as unknown to outside callers (dependant on phone feature)

 Caller ID Mask – Place every call out a single number representing your company. Toll Free or DID WireSpeed allows you a unified appearance even if your offices are spread across different area codes.

 Class of Service – Set a unique class of service for your phones, this allows you to limit calls inbound or outbound for a specific device or number. (great for lobby or public phones)

 Conference Bridge – Establish your own access code and controls for your own conference bridge.

 Direct Inward Dial (DiD) – Assign each of your phones a DID for a direct number to that phone. Calls out can be routed through either the DID or the Company default Outbound DID while still giving you the big picture with Call Detail Records

 Distinctive Ring – Controls vary by specific device but is available on most IP Phones and ATAs in some form.

 Do Not Disturb – Set your phone to DND to send your calls directly to VM.

 Find Me/Follow Me – Control the routes of each number on your phone system, ring extensions or external DID’s and have the voicemail end up where you want it to be. Give one number to your customer and let the system find you no matter where you are, your desk, your cell, or other numbers.

 Flexible Numbering Plan – Match your old system or create a wide variety of Number plans supporting 3 or 4 digits.

 Forward to Voice Mail – This option can be set by device, by number or by virtual forward in the web portal. Take control of your inbound calls.

 Group Pickup – Pick up an incoming call to another phone in your company

 Hold – Put your caller on hold that you control. Default hold music is provided by WireSpeed’s system will randomly choose from different hold music selections and play for your customers on hold.

 Hold Music (Custom) – Upload your own music or message for callers to hear on hold.

 Hunt Groups (Virtual Extensions) – Take better control of your incoming calls to ring where you want when you want to whom you want.

 Intercom – Specific controls are per device.

 Last Call Return – Specific controls are per device.

 3-way Conference – On Demand conference bridge allows you to have standard 3 way calling and scale up from there to meet your needs.

 Off-Premises Stations – Put your phones where you want them to be, great solution for a home office workers or Road Warriors. Got a sick employee? Send them home with the phone from their desk to plug into their broadband connection.

 Overhead Paging – Hosted PBX solution can tie directly into a hardware based overhead paging system physical or IP based.

 Priority Call – Specific controls are per device

 Queues – Set call queues to allow incoming callers to stack up and allow your sales or tech support to take the calls one at a time.

 Redial – Specific controls are per device.

 Remote Forward to DiD – Login to the Web portal from your Smartphone or your laptop and set your line to forward remotely or make a permanent extension that rings out to a cell phone or other DID.

 Remote Voice Mail Access – Call in and check your Voice Mail message from the road or use the web portal for direct access to your voice mail.

 Speed Dial – The system provides a set speed dial as well as most devices have their own speed dial settings.

 System default star codes – Specified by device

 Soft Phone (SIP) – Setup your soft phone to work from Wifi on your iPhone or from your laptop while you are on the road.

 Transfers Blind & Guided – Transfer calls to other extensions in your company or direct to outside numbers. Blind transfer sends a caller without warning to the recipient and guided transfers allow you to speak to the intended party and transfer the call upon confirmation.

 Transfer to Voice Mail – Transfer callers directly to voicemail

 Urgent Call – Specific controls are device specific.

 Voice Mail – Individual and company default voice mail can be established for users as needed. Also stand alone Voice mail boxes are available for remote employees that only use messaging allowing you to provide and control the service rather than leaving them on their own.

 Voice Mail to Email/SMS – Send notification of your new voicemail messages to individual emails accounts or to SMS on your cell phone. Iphone, Black Berry’s and other smart phones are sent the WAV file of the new voice mail messages sent as an MMS directly to the phone.

 Web Portal: User – Web access to Voicemail, call forwarding options and more.

 Web Portal: Company – Web access to every element of your phone system. Make a simple change or redesign the entire Enterprise.
